I drive a school bus. I bought these to use as name tags for certain places. I have over 100 kids who ride my bus so I needed quite a few and it was a lot cheaper than buying multiple boxes of 24 at Walmart. I love that I can take off the name tag (I use popsicle sticks with the kids' names on them) and move it around if I need to rearrange the infant carrier. removed because the paper was cut too deep. I didn't have such problems. They came off very easily. I might have had one or two people wanting to pull and rip the paper, but I was able to pull from the other side of the circle and they matched up nicely. Velcro is not too sticky. I can tear myself away from the bus's plastic covering and make a circle if need be. But it's sticky enough to hold popsicle sticks without falling off. I highly recommend them, especially for those who are not allowed to use buttons or objects that can damage walls.
