I don't usually write reviews. but i am very impressed. I've been using this product for about 2 or 3 weeks and so far I like it. So, to break it down: 1) a bag. i like the bag Very light weight. The inside is lined with soft material, so if you don't have a laptop sleeve, it won't get scratched anyway. 2) cover. I like the feel of the cover and the color. It feels solid, like it's shockproof enough should I drop my laptop (but I don't plan on testing that theory anytime soon). It fits my new MacBook Air perfectly. My only problem is that you can see fingerprints on it. Whether there's lotion on my arm or not. It bothers me. Another annoying thing is that I have to remove the bottom cap when I need to connect the Hyper Drive ink hub. It doesn't fully connect to the laptop unless I remove the bottom cover. 3) Screen protection. I had problems with it because I ended up messing it up and had to get a new one. There are no clear instructions. After getting it on the screen and trying to peel off the next layer it all came off and I had to keep trying. But now that it's enabled, it's working fine. But I still have 1 or 2 blisters that I couldn't get rid of. 4) Keyboard cover. I like it. Fits good. No questions. Milo.5) Rubber inserts in the holes. I love it! The seller is smart enough to add them. When I look at my old Mac and see how much dust and dirt got into the holes, I'm glad this Mac won't have this problem. Last and most important: customer service. They are cool! Very accommodating and very helpful!
