Review on OrgChartPlus by Chad Chavez

Easy way of creating an organizational chart for multiple teams within our organization! I wish there was more customization options available when it comes to formatting specific areas/people but overall this tool has been very helpful so far! It's also free which makes things easier as well!! Great product that we use daily across all departments at work. Nothing really - just need some additional features like color coding or font size changes would be nice if possible. Would highly recommend using Organchart Plus over other similar products out their because they offer great support should you have any issues along the journey (which thusfar haven't). Creating employee profiles including departmental information such as job title, responsibilities etc., allowing us to quickly see who works where without having to manually create each person individually. I like that it easily integrates into our sales process for prospecting new clients; however there are some features we have requested but haven't been able yet (ie project management). It would be nice if they could add more fields/functions such as Project Management etc! The integration of this software has enabled us to provide much better service by being so organised internally - no longer do staff need phone calls about who's next or where their file should go!
