My oven arrived last night. According to the instructions that came with the oven, it took about 15 minutes. to put it together. The quality is very good. All the metal appears to be thick and it also appears to be well constructed. I expected it to be delivered and made pizza dough before it arrived. I put the oven on the hottest stovetop and let it sit for about 20 minutes. before placing your first pizza. I didn't time it, but it was cooked perfectly in about 6 minutes. or so. I flipped the pizza while it was baking as suggested so it cooked evenly. The second pizza was hotter and took about 5 minutes. The crust was well browned on both the top and bottom. I've been making pizza myself for a number of years and have tried many different techniques to get both the top and bottom perfect and I've succeeded. After using it once, I fell in love with this oven. It's easy and quick to use, and the results are slightly better than what I've tried so far. I knew max the size of pizza the oven can hold before I bought it and was a bit skeptical, but I usually only cook for two people so 2 11" pizzas is almost perfect. Tip: If you make your own pizza dough, consider a recipe that uses hard flour and semolina flour in addition to white flour. This gives a nice flavor and good chewiness.
