Ribbed cotton - nice pattern
These pajamas are very cute and run small, the sleeves are tight and my daughter was upset when we put the top on. However, it is not as soft as I would like, the fabric has a ribbed jersey pattern but lacks in softness. I don't think it's "warm" as if it provides extra body heat. He's too skinny for that.
