Review on Arcoroc Blooming France Heat Resistant Casserole by Gina Putnam

This pot is amazing! I had a solid ceramic brazier from another company that I accidentally broke. They didn't stock them and won't be stocking them anytime soon, plus I really wanted the next size up which they say they won't be stocking in a year. So I started looking for other non-toxic options. This cooks my food much faster than the previous one as the bottom of this pot is flat so everything is in contact with my glass cooktop as opposed to a single ring on the previous brand. Not to mention that it is simply beautiful to look at. Somehow it managed to brown my meat without getting caught in spots that had to be scraped off later, which no other ceramic pot can do. It took me about half the time to cook the same dish in this pan and as I spend a lot of time in the kitchen it's worth a lot to me! Great purchase and I highly recommend it.
