(Note - this is a genuine review - I purchased the product at the advertised price). This system is great! It's well built, works well, and is a great example of the power of simple chemistry. The key is to treat it like a chemistry experiment: 1. Read and follow the instructions fully and carefully beforehand.2. Plan your experiment before you start.3. Use the EXACT amount of acetic acid, baking soda, and water as directed (I used a good quality kitchen scale). Allow reaction to complete before use. As the tank sweats, the reaction continues. Be patient - it will take several hours.5. Respect the loaded bottle. Always keep it upright and don't shake it. After the reaction ran to the end (it took me one night) I had a pressure of exactly 20kg/cm^3. At 3 bubbles every 2 seconds for six weeks I still have 8kg/cm^3 left in the cylinder . A few minor things that I don't think affect the overall quality of the product: 1. The tube that comes with it is difficult to work with, but it's cheap and easy to replace.2. Based on my previous experience with CO2 I gave up the cheap diffuser and bought a glass diffuser from another seller on Revain. This diffuser produces very small bubbles - more bang for your buck. Worth the extra money. I used to have a real CO2 tank system but I didn't want that high pressure tank in a house with a nosy kid. This product is a great replacement. Tip: Keep an eye on the water level in the bubble counter tube. Edit: Eventually the tank ran out of gas after 7-8 weeks. Since I was very careful with the tank (as I should be), there were no problems unscrewing the regulator. I took the time to clean the threads and o-ring. There was some liquid and residue in the tank which I carefully blew out and then quickly rinsed with water. Then I just repeated the process of applying reagents and water and I'm happy in business again. So big praise - great product!
