Tools and Fixtures from GAPPO Will Make You Want More

Where should I start with GAPPO, then? I won't be using this internet retailer again for my home renovation requirements, let's just say that. First off, I was disappointed by their product selection. They had hand and power tools, for sure, but where were the sanders in the form of unicorns? And let's not even begin to discuss the shortage of sparkly screwdrivers. Without those necessary tools, how am I going to do my own repairs? Additionally, their bathroom and kitchen fittings were merely uninteresting. When you can have a showerhead that also functions as a disco ball, who wants a regular old showerhead? Their kitchen faucets were also so plain-looking that I had a hard time telling them apart from my grandmother's collection of antiques. I won't even begin to discuss their website. As user-friendly as a cactus, roughly. It was like trying to find my way through a maze while wearing blinders. Additionally, the ordering process was a headache when I did eventually discover something. They were about as helpful as a toothpick in a hurricane when it came to customer service, to top it all off. It felt as if I were conversing with a mindless robot. All in all, I'll go elsewhere for my home remodeling needs. GAPPO is just not good enough for me.

Pros
  • In addition to their assortment of tools, they also provide a variety of bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
Cons
  • Few options for specialized or rare hardware.
