Review on BoJia by Antonio Lemm

Disappointed with BoJia's lack of attention to its customers' needs

I frequently make purchases from various arts and crafts retail outlets found online, so I couldn't wait to give BoJia a try. Nevertheless, my interaction with this internet store resulted in disappointment and frustration on my part. To begin, their website is not user-friendly and does not clearly organize its content into categories. I wasted a lot of time looking for the particular beads and bead assortments that I required for my project, but I was unable to find them anywhere. Second, when I did eventually find what I was looking for, the process of checking out was a complete and utter ordeal. Because the website continued experiencing technical difficulties, I had to enter my billing and shipping information numerous times before my order was finally processed. However, the most disappointing aspect was their support for customers. I called their support team to inquire on the progress of my order, however I did not receive a response for several days after my initial inquiry. After what seemed like an eternity, I eventually got an answer, but it was unhelpful and condescending. In general, BoJia is not the best option for anyone who wants to have a pleasant and stress-free experience when doing their online shopping. The website is cumbersome and difficult to navigate, the procedure of checking out is a headache, and there is no customer care available. Don't put yourself through the hassle; go shopping somewhere else.
