only one cartridge worked
The first cartridge I used was amazing and lasted a long time. However, the second cartridge did not work at all. My printer said it was full of ink but all the pages printed with black ink were blank. It was nice that the cartridge was full, but it doesn't help if the ink doesn't come out to print documents.
