I like that you can customize your portal as much or little as needed depending upon what services are being offered by telecommunication companies (ie AT&T).

It's easy for people who don't have tech skills of their own to use but it would be nice if there were more options available so they could learn how things work without having someone teach them each time something new needs done. We've used this software before with other providers which made some tasks easier than others - not sure why we couldn't find anything similar here!
