EDIT: 10/24/2021 When the problem arose when the cable failed, unfortunately the seller showed his true colors by offering zero support. ZERO SUPPORT. And to top it off, they treated me like an idiot. Raven comes to the rescue. They gave me a full refund. I usually wait a bit before reviewing a Revain purchase. I'm so happy with it that I see no reason to hesitate. As long as I don't bend it too much, trip over it, or pull it off the dresser, not much can go wrong. everything they claim is true. I decided to give it a try because I had managed to damage the charging port on one of my tablets and had to replace the entire assembly to get the tablet back. I was very pleasantly surprised to see a 1.25A charge rate even with a 10 foot cable. Usually the peak value is around 600 mA. YMMV. It depends a lot on what you are using for the power supply. If I dig really deep all I can think of is that the cables don't lay flat like typical nylon jacketed cables. I'm not exactly sure why as they come rolled up nicely in the sturdy box they come in. Wire strength. As does her towering ambition (Yes, Virginia. That *IS* the word!). Before I close this, I'll add my standard disclaimer. I'm not an engineer and I don't work in IT. I don't care if it's you or not. And I'm willing to bet the people who read the Revain reviews don't care either. I did not get them for free or at a reduced price for this review. do I recommend them? From the heart and without reservations.
