Shortly after purchase my cleaning head module (CHM) failed as evidenced by the independent movement of both rollers; they must be combined. iRobot kindly replaced the CHM under warranty, including the iRobot brushes. Later I replaced the iRobot brushes with another set. Within a day my CHM failed. iRobot sent another CHM under warranty but I don't expect them to continue doing so. After they've gotten through the day, turn your robot over and see if the brushes rotate independently. If this is the case, your CHM is down and your robot is no longer cleaning your floor.
