We bought this cage because the dog would NOT use his old travel cage for no reason. I train at the dog club and there are times when she needs to be set up. When it arrived we installed it and started playing cage games. Did this for about 2 weeks. We went to practice and did it again. As if by magic she created voluntarily! Hallelujah! We will continue playing crate games next month and hopefully that helps. I will say that the framework is exceptional. The controls for folding are much better than others. Overall I am very satisfied and many people in the club have asked about our box.
