It was easy to install and configure the products. The support is very responsive and they are committed to delivering great service. They have helped us with our infrastructure needs in the past and continue to do so now. I have not been impressed by their customer service department. Their sales team can be a bit pushy. If you need help with infrastructure or want to know what your options are for the future, BlueLock is worth checking out. We needed assistance with our existing infrastructure and the sales team really helped us understand our options going forward.
