This vacuum cleaner is the best! I was hesitant to buy it because it's something new on the market, but I'm so glad I did! This vacuum cleaner does everything it is advertised to do. I've been so tired of buying canisters or racks my whole life. These styles cause back discomfort even on the lightest models. Something about dragging things across hardwood and carpet and then throwing them around corners and up and down stairs. So I bought a light commercial bagless backpack vacuum cleaner 2.0. There was a little confusion on delivery but one day I received it. WOW! I love him so much. I have a 2200 square foot three story house with all kinds of floors, stairs and a garage. Also, get some indoor and outdoor pets that constantly shed, walk in the mud and everything else. So I put this little vacuum cleaner on in a minute and in no time I'm vacuuming the whole place including the garage and the cars. Bought an electric model. I just plug in and unplug an extra long power cord. It's actually fun. It's nothing but a workhorse. And no dust at all. For real. Little did I know that every other vacuum I've ever had created a dust blast. What's the difference. There is no dust at all! I've been waiting to write this review so I can use it at least a few dozen times. It really is easily the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used. And it's quieter than any other vacuum I've ever owned. How calm? I didn't do a noise test and cats don't like it, but I doubt anyone on the other side of the door could hear it working. About attachments. They are all very well thought out and make you want to use them all, but I really only use the large all-purpose brush as it's perfect for all surfaces. The suction power is amazing! I laughed when I read a little instruction manual warning against using it on animals - and I would never do that - but I'll tell you it's tempting because this little vacuum cleaner picks up all cat hair and lint on any surface on the first pass picks up through. So, my other vacuum that broke down was under warranty and they sent me a new one. I didn't even bother to open the box - I can only use it to clean the filter on my new upgraded 2.0. I think size matters to some people who buy these backpack style vacuums. I am a petite woman with milder than moderate arthritis in my back, neck and arms. The backpack straps and durable tube are adjustable to any size so it fits me perfectly and the light weight feels really good on my back. People with back problems like me will find that the weight placed there is ideal and much more comfortable than carrying something around. I could go on and on about how big this vacuum is. Just buy it. You will not be disappointed. You'll do what I do and suck a lot more often than ever before. I will never buy another brand again.
