Overall I think this is a good product. The instructions were a bit missing. For example, it might better explain that all of the included wax needs to be injected at once, or that the heat needs to be higher for the wax to melt and then cool to a comfortable temperature before putting hands in. I bought this for my mum and was very glad I could stop by to see her when she first tried to use it so I could help her with that. Wax is also good, but lavender can bother people with a sensitivity to artificial scents.
