I've used this set about 10 times, on my first grill and my first gas tank. It contains many tools and I haven't used them all yet. Among the things I've used, a large long knife is quite sharp, making it easy to cut through large chunks of meat. I use tongs (the most common) and a long fork for grilling meat. I use a spice brush. I use a temperature probe and thermometer to measure doneness. I use a grill scraper to clean the grill. These corn sticks are good too. The tote bag is good too.
