I am a modestly dressed woman, but in my house it is very feminine and soft with ruffles on the edge and cool on these hot days. The fabric is only 68% cotton and another unnatural fabric which gives it an almost shabby texture and definitely makes it unbreathable like a full length skirt. As a woman with a moderate butt, I was surprised that it hugs my curves very well. This is a great and beautiful item at a great price! I'm a solid medium and the medium is perfect. It's just a little cozy.
