After 30 years of using timing belts I found the ratchet system to be a very interesting concept. The belt is made of high quality material, uniform in color and texture. Belt tension was intuitive and I found it stayed in place without sagging. The one button release for easy removal was a great concept, far superior to the typical "tighten and pull the buckle pin out of the belt hole” maneuver. Great product at a good price.
