The zipper doesn't close.
I didn't find any use in this case as the zip never worked. Aside from being ridiculously difficult to maneuver, it doesn't really close. The case is also too small to fit the Dyson hair dryer and all attachments so it was most likely returned or repurposed. because even if the lightning has worked.
