Very smelly and deformed my cutting mat

When I first used a wool heating mat, it deformed my cutting mat. The smell he pushed away was TERRIBLE! My family didn't even come to my office, it was that bad. I called Madame Shew and told them. They offered to send a new wool rug but nothing for a cutting mat. I suggested writing a warning or suggestion on the label. I'm happy to accept that, just wanted to know.
