The bad first - it feels too flimsy for my personal liking. The multiport drive rotates too easily, and the ports themselves move slightly (most likely, they fit different case sizes). This particular side of the dock doesn't inspire confidence that your devices are secure just hanging over the ports. As far as I can tell all ports work great and charge things at the speed they should be, but the Lightning port doesn't seem to offer as good a connection to my chargers and sometimes just turns off. Stop charging - I prefer this device that I received. Aside from the above, overall it's great. I like when all my devices are conveniently in one place and I can just put my phone on the stand to charge it. For the most part, the icon is where you want the center of your iPhone to land when you want to charge it, and there's enough space on either side to make sure you hit the giant bullseye. Much to my surprise, the rather thick cases also work great on the tablet, but I personally don't recommend it as it makes your phone really hot. The iWatch slot and connector for your Airpods work great and fit great, although be aware that you will need to run cables with the iWatch charger. Pros: There's room for all non-iPad Apple devices; multiple ports to adapt to the device model; wireless charging works decently. Cons: Ports and dial feel flimsy; Recommended use: easy-to-use visitor station;
