Yes, I would recommend.
These are made of very thick and soft material. Great for winter use. They do seem to run a little small. We ordered 3-6 month and right now they fit our 3 month old perfectly. I'm not sure how much longer they will fit. She is in 50% for wieght but 97% for height. They also catch lint very easily. All in all though we are very pleased and will be ordering more when she outgrows them.
