UPDATE 6/16:Changing this review to 3 stars specifically for their customer service. They reached out to me and issued me a full refund, even though it was past the refund period. I commend service like that, and would buy from them again solely for the reason that I know I would be taken care of. Original review, though, still applies and is shown below.Installed the splitter with washers as indicated. Was only used 3 or 4 times a week for about 10 minutes at a time, and was never left under pressure - water was only turned on when in use. Yet it has sprung a leak UNDER the main connector (below the main black twist connector to main water supply). It is leaking significantly from this section, and replacing the washers does zip. Poorly made. Only sorry it was beyond my refund/replacement period or I would have returned immediately.
