I bought this watch mainly to use the Google Assistant. Unfortunately my experience is limited. 1st problem: the assistant activated my phone in my pocket assistant, which doesn't help me much. So no real "ok google" support over the hours. Then when you just press the google assistant on the watch it's very slow compared to my phone and doesn't seem to understand me either, making this feature even more impractical, the speaker is so quiet even at full volume that you assistant here can hardly tip even if they understood you, so if you buy that google assistant. You may not be satisfied with the results. Overall, I was very disappointed with how buggy the Wearos software was on the watch. I would be ashamed if I were Google. I feel sorry for Fossil because they made a really good watch full of Google bugs. The battery is almost a joke, yes I knew about it before buying but I figured it can't be as bad as all the reviews said. Well it took me half a day and didn't enable half of all the features but I had most of them. You can disable a number of settings to extend its lifespan, but then the watch will only become a watch, not a smartwatch. And it has a dark screen even at maximum brightness. Fossil you did a good job with what you had to work with in terms of battery technology, processor and operating system. If these 3 things weren't a problem I would give Fossil 4.5 stars out of 5.
