My daughter was less than a month old for Halloween 2013 and it fit her head perfectly. As some reviewers have said, it literally sits on her head - doesn't wrap or cover her forehead. A photo of a little girl can be misleading as it appears to be sliding across her forehead. Basically you have to use a lot of stealths, but you can do it. Also, come on, you're not paying big bucks for a lace front or anything. This is a children's costume that they will wear once (unless your child likes to wear role play wigs, in which case I wouldn't recommend it).
