Review on Big Red TRA8335B Ratcheting Capacity by Stephen Burgstaller

Let me start by saying that I used this to take out concrete fence posts. It worked great for the first 4 posts. I thought this was the best product ever. Then, when I got to my last post, the standard steel adjustment columns bent badly. Look at the attached picture and you can see how curved it is. Also, the reversible locking became very dangerous after the second pole was removed. I contacted Thorin directly and spoke to a customer service rep who then referred me to their executives. Her name was Evelyn and she told me that I need to contact Amazon and not her as I buy them from them. The product needs to be replaced and I expect better customer service from Thorin. Next time I might just go to Hafenangst. unsatisfied customer
