Not for laminated documents but suitable for cardstock
Edit: Initially I only tested this on laminated documents. I have since gone back and tested other products that were advertised. I would say it works great on products up to and including 110lb (199g/m^2) index stock which is quite heavy. Had it not been advertised as working with laminated items it would have received a higher rating (original rating as it is laminated items). Usually he just shreds it, turning the corner into a damaged translucent area that looks worse than without a cut, as can be seen in the photo. Repeated attempts only make things worse. I can't use it; it damages my laminated cards.
