My wife had an antifreeze leak in her 94 Suburban so I figured it was the heater core. It turns out that is not the case. ;) I replaced the core with this new one and when I started the car the hose connection from the manifold to the heater core broke. It turned out that the coolant flowed through the hose from this cracked connector into the passenger compartment. Oh well, I wish it was just the core because it would be easy to replace compared to removing a torn hose fitting from the manifold. If I ever find the engineer who designed this faucet. :)
