I got these for myself and started wearing them in late December. I will say that because I am home a lot then I would have been normally I do wear them a lot more than one would wear house slippers when things are normal. After about 6 weeks the padding inside is worn down and they are not as comfy as they were when I first got them. I was not ready to spend $100 on expensive house slippers, and these are warm, but I also do wear them with heavy socks. I think they will last until spring and I won't wear them again until the fall, but I was hoping to get at least two years out of them, and I think I will just need to drop the money for some higher-quality slippers next winter. These are not bad, but if you are going to be wearing them a lot (like if you are working from home) you might not want these. If they are just to wear when you travel to a hotel they would be perfect (remember that, travel?).
