I love my new flash, bought this to replace my Canon 600EX flash as my main softbox flash when I'm shooting outdoors. I would highly recommend this flash if it's your first Godox flash, although I was able to buy the AD200 Pro I didn't feel the small upgrades were worth the big jump in price. I'm happy with this flash as an entry level flash and maybe my next flash will be the AD200 Pro as the main flash and the AD200 as a hair light or secondary flash. Contrary to what I've used for photo shoots in the past and what I know about stroboscopic flashes and constant light setups with bare bulbs, this Godox flash has a model light but it's not used with bare bulbs like I'm used to am but with strobe flash uses model light rather than a mere bulb, not a deal breaker but something different which I wasn't expecting as all bulbless flashes I have used for wedding photography in the past have had a built in model light filament that controls the flash filament without a surrounded lamp. One thing that wasn't advertised and which I was pleasantly surprised by is that it has a threaded external trigger connector on the side, which means that while it's recommended you buy a Godox trigger to connect your camera directly with to sync to the AD200 but I bought a Godox XPro-C E - TTL so I can control everything directly from the trigger on the camera without fiddling with the flash menu, you can use your own triggers like the Pocket Master or in my case Using the Yongnuo 622C TTL Flash Trigger which I have previously used with my studio flash triggers for indoor flashes and my 600Ex for outdoor if you already have triggers for other flashes, it's easy to integrate and use with the AD200 if you want, but without the control you would have with the Godox trigger. Can only recommend this flash!
