I literally hate this thing. It was easy to install and was perhaps my first security wake-up call. It rocks so hard while my baby is on it. Basically I had to hold it with my feet while cycling, otherwise I felt like it might wobble. AND THEN GO/DENT the screws under the seat where the handlebar hook attaches to your bike handlebars it sits on. It will be damaged if you don't put a towel or something under it. I would return it but as bolts are so cheap I lost two from my first trip although I then tightened them with my wrench.
