Slightly too small. These hats look very nice and are very stretchy. It actually stretches easily over my head, but the problem is that the material never tires or sags, even after 8 hours. As a result, this cap is constantly shrinking. I have to keep pulling it down because it keeps going up. I've had worse fitting caps, this almost works for me, it just doesn't stay in place.
