Nice front bumper protector

So this is a product similar to the bump shox (which is on our other car) which are so soft foam license plate holders that don't allow anyone to make small dents on your car if drive them backwards. As far as I can tell the foam/rubber quality between this and Bump Shox and the like is basically the same, however this one differs in one key way. On this product, the thicker sections of the stems are horizontal, while on the Bump Shox and some others, the thicker sections of the stems are vertical. I don't think it matters much in terms of protection, but I think it matters a lot in terms of looks. I think the horizontal placement of this bracket will look better on most cars than the bump shox which I think looks like ant pliers on my Honda. That said, it's a matter of personal preference, and in fact I find that on some vehicles with strong verticals (like BMWs) the Bump Shox looks better with thick vertical bars. We have included an image of this product on the Mazda CX-5 so that those who own this vehicle can get an idea of what it looks like on this vehicle. For us the set screws that came with this product were literally the perfect length and I loved that this product comes with gaskets and caps so the real screws are not visible after installation. It's a small thing, but it makes the product look cooler. This is something to think about when choosing any of these products. In terms of protection, they all basically do pretty much the same thing. Hope this helps and good luck with your shopping.
