I love this scale. BUT. The app is terrible. I bought it on purpose because it has the ability to connect to an app that allows me to scan the food I weigh and sync that data to my Fitbit app. I spent twenty minutes going through my fridge and cupboards for everything from pickles to beef jerky. The only two items found in the system were milk and bread. Then I found that even though it connected to my Fitbit, none of the data I entered was being transferred. I've done all the troubleshooting steps and now you're done. Back to smarter grocery scales that hopefully work as intended. If all you need is a scale that weighs, then this is for you. If you need additional features, choose something else.
