I didn't download the materials through this purchase - got them elsewhere - but this diet is awesome. After trying a million things and finally deciding that finding an easy diet that really taught me the right portions for everything was absolutely necessary for me, this was recommended. It was fantastic! In about 3-4 months I've lost 30 pounds and it's progressing. I embraced it as my new way of eating every day (not just 21 days or whatever), and within the first month it eliminated my sugar cravings (and carb cravings in general) and my "cheese". ' push. As for the containers themselves, they came in handy for the first few weeks - I'm already so used to portions that I don't really need them, but I still pop them out from time to time when I'm not sure. and I use orange ones a lot as I travel a lot so I pack my seeds in and take them with me. They definitely held up well and everyone always closed properly. I've only lost one in the dishwasher in a large orange melt, but that's not the container's fault. It was one of the orange ones, they're so tiny it's difficult to attach them to the top shelf - they fell off and melted on the bottom of the dishwasher. Now I put them on the dish rack and even though it's on the bottom shelf they hold up great and those little orange ones are the ones I still use a lot!
