Once faulty, squeaks, but works.

Installs in 7 minutes. It was really easy to install by installing this type beforehand. My fan also has hanging brackets that allow the fan to hang down when you loosen the support screws, which helped. The included wire nuts are a bit small, so keep a few orange nuts handy for 14 AWG house wiring. Squeaks, wasn't ready for this. I didn't like it at first, but then after playing with the remote for about 20 button presses, the remote stopped working. It was still beeping, which was a good notification that the device was receiving a remote command, but nothing happened. Light off and on again, everything works.
