only worked 60 days!

Only lasted 60 days I thought it was the batteries so I bought new batteries but they still didn't work. Very disappointed! The return period was only 30 days. I now have a non-working product with twelve new batteries. Very sad as I spent over $25 on a book and batteries for my grandson and now all he can see is the pictures. If I knew that, I could buy him five books about him. WOW, only 30 days! Eight days have passed and no reply. I called the number on the back of the book and left a message. Still no answer. Surprised, Revane allows it. I'll give it a few more days and update. STILL NO ANSWER! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUPPORT.
