I love these slippers. This is my second pair. They are expensive but my first pair wore them daily for 8-9 years. I repainted the interior of my entire house in my last couple. It hurts to walk up the stairs barefoot etc. and we wear absolutely no shoes in our house. Slippers are warm, comfortable and well made. I still have my first pair that I wear when I want to wear socks with slippers. My old ones still look new with leather, but the lining has shot through and the upper is just starting to separate from the bottom in the inner arch area. I save the new ones just to wear them barefoot and without socks. Socks tend to ruin and turn inside out. These will be the only slippers I will have again. The price is expensive, but cheap $40 slippers make them a year or two at best and never reach their level of comfort and quality. If you've gone through 3-4 pairs of these cheap slippers, you might have just bought an amazing pair and loved them all along!
