I lost my bluetooth dongle and couldn't switch to a wired headset. So I directly ordered a new key from the Steel series, but the headset will not pair with the new key. The steel series could not be contacted and you cannot return the product without a support ticket, even if you manage to go through the ticket system, get a response and get a product return authorization, you will have to pay $10 shipping again on one $30 purchase. All of this to say the headset was fine, but if you ever lose Bluetooth you're done.
