I've been using the V7 for about 18 months before and it stopped charging. Unknown reason, maybe the battery is low or the power adapter is defective. Then I did a little research and found that Onson has over 1200 positive reviews. So I bought this model, to be honest it's like a cheaper copy of the V11. After receiving this vacuum and finding that the V7 adapter still works so I know the V7 battery is dead, Dyson asked $95 for a replacement. I found on Revain that it averages $35. I bought one and I think the V7 is working again! In short, for this model; Pro: higher suction power; V11ish LED screen; LED lights on the brush head. Long run time (auto mode, runs about 45 minutes) Cons: Only two interchangeable heads.
