Review on Roman Carbide DC1257 4 Inch Cleaning by Shawn Price

I used this to plan a circuit board for my CNC machine and it works great! You can dive with it without having to change bits. One small issue: the container that holds the bit is WAY big, so during shipping the bit fell out of its holder and bounced around the plastic container. Although it doesn't seem to have faded at all.
