Heel too wide

I wear street size 6 and got a 6 for this shoe, also called US size 4. The length is right this time. However, the slit should be narrow for the toe and too wide for the heel. It's durable but feels like a thick fabric on the legs. I don't like it and plan to return. It comes with a carrying case, which is good.
