Just received this case for new Note 8. After some of the reviews about the fit being too tight I was relieved that the case I received was a perfect fit. Buttons and ports lined up.I actually have an Otterbox Commuter case on pre-order and wanted something to protect the phone in the mean time.A naked Note is incredibly slippery.Anyway I'm wondering if I wasted my money. Ten bucks vs $50. This case is handsome and provides some grip. The sculpted back is a nice design touch.I suspect the Otterbox will offer a little more drop protection, however that will increase the weight.If you need a case that does light duty, this is an incredible value. Highly recommend.
