I was very happy when I bought it because of the positive reviews. The shirt arrived and I could already tell that the screen print on the "L" in the brand name was a little broken. You can see in the photo that it isn't flat like the rest of the build and doesn't straighten up no matter what I've tried to fix myself. I thought I'd just live with it and move on but then I washed the shirt and now as you can see in the photo the print is tearing. This after just one wash. None of this is the end of the world, but their returns policy states that they only refund 50% if the item is not returned in its original condition and not ready for resale. Of course, this is not possible with a defective product. On the plus side, the shirt itself is clearly made out of quality cotton and fits well. It's just a shame that their quality control failed during the printing process.
