The tech support is terrible - the product doesn't work. Wasted a lot of money looking for a solution.
We bought this unit to save money on the computer and I had a fairly tech savvy guy who worked on it for almost 25 hours. We trade tickets with their terrible tech support. The label in the box with the device says "DO NOT RETURN THIS ITEM - CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT". No phone support, no good reference material, it's just a dull, boring product. They are too busy marketing the product to tell people how to use it.
