I am very satisfied with this product! You fit so many things on it and it's big enough for longer items. I hang a full bath towel on mine. In general, the design is pleasant. It's designed to look like rustic pipes, the welds could look better in some places, but you can't really make out that small detail without going up close. The frame can bear a lot of weight. I wasn't able to do a full pull up, but I'd say I put at least 100 pounds of pressure on the center joint. Installation and instructions were good, they provide tools and work well. The instruction manual was misleading in a few places, but you should be able to figure it out. The reels are pretty good; they roll smoothly. They are big and plastic, 2 out of 4 have brakes.
