So that would be a one star "I got it back" review. When I received the chair it was assembled and everyone loved it. Then I sat down and the chair wobbled a lot. The piston turned out to be dangling in its cylinder and therefore had no stability with the seat raised (which I need for my knee). I wanted to return it but decided to contact the seller first. Maybe they had a solution. At first I wasn't sure what exactly was wrong and they gave me a set of troubleshooting steps when I realized it was the cylinder. I sent them a video and they said they would send a new cylinder. Of course, I realized I couldn't get it out of the metal part that was bolted to the chair. They sent me a guide to help. Still couldn't. Either he was really stuck or I wasn't strong enough. I asked if I could get a new piece, even said I would pay for it because I was the one who couldn't take it off. And do you know what they will do for me? Send me a replacement chair. I am shocked. They responded to me quickly and did everything they could to help me fix the problem. And believe me, I wanted it fixed. The chair is comfortable (when it's not constantly being tipped forward or sideways lol), it rises to the perfect height for me, and the back is high and the cushions can be in the right places (which isn't always the case is). . I am really looking forward to the delivery where I can finally enjoy the chair as it is. And all because the customer service really cared that I had a good purchase. I would recommend anyone having issues to contact them before deciding to return. Maybe they can help you solve your problem, you just have to give them a chance. Update: Got a new seat and the piston wasn't hanging around, put everything together and it's exactly what I expected the first time. Time! It's really comfortable and now I can even use the footrest without feeling like I'm going to fall! If you have a problem, just get in touch before you write them off.
