This docking station looks very professional and probably is. After I connected everything, the docking station buzzed. All USB outputs worked fine, only some of the videos didn't. It turns out that MY LAPTOP has a standard USBC connector and not a Lightning connector. I do not envy this product. Check the icon next to the USBC port. I had a USB 3.0 icon instead of a lightning bolt. I'm giving this product a higher rating because after trying to get tech support over the weekend, they contacted you through Facebook Messenger to try and help me, even though their tech support phone line is only open Monday through Friday. Also, I was able to return it with no problems. So if your device has USBC Lightning, I'm sure it will work.
